I developed quite a few autoimmune issues while I was training Jiu Jitsu and my health started affecting my ability to train. Anna educated me on my diet first to find the triggers that made my health worse. From there I began to slowly heal. At times where my health simply didn't allow me to take usual classes because I was so exhausted from the autoimmune problems, Anna found ways to help me still improve my Jiu Jitsu, especially through understanding of my body and mind. I could not have asked for more than that, and I can not recommend her enough.
